The staff members were courteous during my stay, they brought mineral water promptly when I requested it. Additionally, the location was great as it was within close proximity to key landmarks and attractions, which allowed me to explore the area with ease. Lastly, I enjoyed the beautiful decor in the lobby that gave off a warm and cozy atmosphere.

My experience was marred by terrible administration. The pipes had no water on multiple occasions, and despite notifying the staff, the issue persisted. To make matters worse, there was a rat in my room, and the staff just laughed it off. I also encountered a lack of leadership among the staff, resulting in a disorganized and inefficient experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely cooperative. They were polite and brought mineral water so quickly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We also found the hotel facilities to be great.

Spent my Christmas weekend at a resort that exceeded my expectations. Loved the prompt and polite staff who provided mineral water in no time and made our stay comfortable. the resort's location was perfect - close to attractions that we wanted to visit, with breathtaking scenic views. Plus, the hotel had an excellent swimming pool that we enjoyed. Their restaurant also served delicious food with a diverse menu.

Though the resort had all the facilities and amenities, the management was not up to par. We faced a problem with the water supply as it seemed to stop working in the early morning hours.

The hotel is surrounded by a pleasant environment and the staff is friendly. mineral water service is efficient and quick. the hotel infrastructure is good with promising facilities, including clean rooms.

Sadly, the hotel administration is a big letdown with poor management leading to inconvenience.
